AnarchySpace Terms of Service

By accessing or using AnarchySpace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
AnarchySpace is a public online platform that allows users to communicate, publish content, and interact with other users.
Most material on the platform is user-generated content. AnarchySpace does not create, edit, or control most user content.
The presence of any content on the platform does not represent endorsement by AnarchySpace or its operators.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 13 years of age or older to access or use the platform.
By using the platform, users confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction.
3. Platform Rules
AnarchySpace operates with minimal restrictions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Child exploitation or abuse
- Hacking or unauthorized access, including attempting to compromise systems, distribute malware, or gain unauthorized access to networks or data
- Credible threats of violence that represent real and actionable threats
Violations may result in account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
4. Public Nature of Content
AnarchySpace is a public platform. Users should assume that all posts, comments, images, and other content may be publicly visible.
Content posted on the platform may be:
- viewed by other users
- copied or redistributed
- indexed or archived by third parties
Users are responsible for deciding what information they choose to share publicly.
5. Copyright Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable copyright laws.
You may only publish or upload content that:
- you created, or
- you have legal permission or rights to publish.
If content belongs to another person or organization and you do not have the rights to distribute it, you must not publish it on the platform.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
6. Responsibility for User Content
Users are solely responsible for all content they publish on the platform.
By posting content, users accept responsibility for any legal consequences arising from their content.
AnarchySpace does not review all content and does not guarantee that user content complies with all laws.
7. International Access
AnarchySpace operates legally under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The platform may be accessed globally through the internet and does not restrict access from other countries.
Users who access the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
AnarchySpace does not guarantee compliance with laws outside the Philippines.
8. Compliance with Philippine Law
AnarchySpace is operated from Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines and is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Users agree that their use of the platform must comply with Philippine law.
9. Legal Venue
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings relating to AnarchySpace must be filed in the appropriate courts located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
By using the platform, users agree that Philippine law governs these Terms.
10. Data Storage and Backup Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any content they upload.
AnarchySpace is not a storage or archival service and does not guarantee permanent availability of any content.
Content may be removed or become unavailable at any time.
11. Messaging and Security Disclaimer
AnarchySpace may provide messaging or communication tools.
While the platform may use encryption or security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users acknowledge that:
- communications may be intercepted
- security vulnerabilities may exist
- the platform cannot guarantee hacker-proof communications
Users should not transmit highly sensitive or confidential information through the platform.
12. Security Development and Research
AnarchySpace continuously works to improve platform security and privacy.
The platform may collaborate with external technology and research initiatives, including ZHTP, to develop improved networking and encryption technologies.
These efforts aim to strengthen security but cannot guarantee complete protection.
13. Service Availability
AnarchySpace is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The platform may experience interruptions, downtime, or technical issues.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnarchySpace and its operators are not liable for:
- user-generated content
- disputes between users
- data loss
- unauthorized access or hacking
- damages arising from use of the platform
Users use the platform at their own risk.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnarchySpace and its operators from claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from:
- their content
- their violation of these Terms
- their violation of applicable laws
16. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users:
- violate these Terms
- engage in illegal activity
- attempt to compromise platform security
17. Changes to Terms
AnarchySpace may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
